The goal of All Nations University was to produce a new generation of leaders for the continent through a holistic education that emphasized academic excellence, Christian values, discipline, and ethical principles in a setting that was centered on Christ. When Dr. Donkor requested approval for the All Nations University in 1988, the government of Ghana quickly accepted the concept. To the National Accreditation Board, the master plan was not presented until 1996, though (NAB). All Nations University was founded in 1996 following NAB approval, and in May of that same year, it was accredited.
About All Nations University
Rev. Dr. Samuel Donkor, a Ghanaian, created All Nations University. With 37 students when it first started in October 2002, there are currently more than 2000. In October 2002, Ghana granted its accreditation as a university college. In addition to working with SRM Institute of Science and Technology, the university is linked with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (India). A presidential charter was given to All Nations by the president of Ghana on May 28, 2020.
Koforidua in Ghana’s Eastern Region is where All Nations University is situated. Oil and Gas Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science (Hons. ), Electronics, Communications Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, Finance & Finance, Accounting, and Marketing, as well as Nursing and Biblical, are among the undergraduate programs offered by the university.
GhanaSat-1, the country of Ghana’s first satellite to orbit, was launched from the International Space Station in July 2017. Three university students created, put together, and tested the GhanaSat-1 satellite. The Joint Global Multi-Nation Birds Satellite project, a cross-border interdisciplinary satellite initiative for non-spacefaring nations financed by Japan, included the project, which was backed by the Kyushu Institute of Technology (KIT). Almost 400 individuals at All Nations University watched the satellite launch live as it was aired.

ANUC General Admission Requirements
The Admissions Policy for prospective students at schools is governed by the National Council for Tertiary Education (NCTE) Ghana instructions. Original Transcripts from prior institutions or testing agencies are required to be submitted with every application to the University College. The National Accreditation Board must accredit and recognize awarding institutions.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO FIRST DEGREE PROGRAMME
WASSCE/SSSCE APPLICANTS:
Three (3) credit passes in three core courses and three (3) credit passes in three pertinent elective subjects are the standard prerequisites for admission of WASSCE and SSSCE candidates to first-degree programs.
- Applicants for the SSSCE must have at least six (6) passing grades (A-D), including English language proficiency and mathematics in three of the core areas and three (3) related electives.
- Applicants for the WASSCE must have earned credit passes (A1-C6) in six (6) disciplines, including three (3) core topics—including English language and mathematics—plus three (3) pertinent electives.
- A student must have an overall grade point average of 24 or more to be admitted to a degree program at the University College, as well as at least credit passes in mathematics, English language, and integrated science. For non-engineering programs, social studies may be acceptable, but integrated science is preferable along with three (3) electives, or their equivalent, that is pertinent to the chosen major.
- Admission to degree programs will NOT be granted to candidates with averages greater than 24. Such applicants may apply to the PreUniversity program at the University College.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPUTER SCIENCE (HONORS):
- The minimum requirement for applicants is a credit pass in physics (WASSCE A1-C6 or SSSCE A-D).
- Those with elective mathematics credit passes will be given preference.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR ENGINEERING COURSES –
All engineering programs must follow this;
- Engineering candidates must have earned credits in physics and chemistry.
- In place of Chemistry, biology can be approved for biomedical engineering.
- Candidates with elective mathematics credit will be given preference.
- Applicants to the University College’s PreUniversity program who do not have Elective Mathematics may apply.
GCE (GENERAL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION):
Candidates must have three (3) CREDIT passes (at least, one of the passes should be Grade D or better). Also, the candidate must have earned credit passes (Grade 6) in five (5) GCE Ordinary Level topics, including English Language, Mathematics, a Science subject for students who do not study science, and an Arts subject for students who do not study arts (Science students).
ABCE (ADVANCED BUSINESS CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION):
Candidates must have at least two (2) electives that are related to the program of study and three (3) core topics with credit passes.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS HND: APPLICANTS WITH A HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT:
Candidates must have earned a strong HND diploma after graduation (i.e. at least 2nd Class Lower Division).
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR HND: APPLICANTS WITH A HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT:
The HND must be in a subject area related to the suggested course of study.

- First (1st) Class applicants are required to have at least two (2) years of relevant job experience. Those that are accepted will be enrolled in Level 300 in a related field.
- Second Class Honors (Upper or Lower Divisions) applicants must have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant job experience. Those that are accepted will be enrolled in Level 200 of a related field.
- Candidates who received a Third (3rd) Class or higher were required to have at least two years of relevant job experience. Subject to passing an entry exam/interview, successful applicants will be admitted into Level 100.
