About MSA UNIVERSITY
In Giza, Egypt, there is a well-known private university called October University for Modern Sciences and Arts. Dr. Nawal El-Degwi, a pioneer in private education in Egypt, established it in 1996. Since the institution is recognized by both the Egyptian and British Ministries of Education, graduate students are free to pursue their studies in Britain. In 1996, MSA was founded.
In 2002, MSA was the first institution in Egypt to verify its programs with British Universities. It is the first university in Egypt to offer dual-origin bachelor’s degrees to its graduates, which consist of a British degree from Middlesex (2002–2014), Bedfordshire (2014–present), or Greenwich (2002–present) universities and an additional degree from Egypt that has been approved by the Egyptian Supreme Council for Universities. Consequently, MSA University graduates have the opportunity to pursue their MA and Ph.D. degrees in the UK and have the privilege of receiving scholarships.
