The university of Lagos, popularly called UNILAG, is a public studies university located in Lagos, Nigeria, and was founded in 1962.
About the University of Lagos
The University of Lagos was founded in 1962, two years after the independence of Nigeria from Britain. It become one of the first 5 universities created within the united states, now known as “first generation universities”. Eni Njoku was appointed as the first black vice-chancellor of the college in 1962, and he remained in the workplace until 1965 when he turned into replaced by using Saburi Biobaku. However, due to controversy surrounding his appointment, Saburi became stabbed by Kayode Adams, a student radical who believed Biobaku’s appointment was unfair and ethnically motivated.
From 2017 until date, the vice-chancellor is professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe. In 2019, the BBC suggested that “woman reporters were sexually harassed, propositioned and positioned below stress with the aid of senior lecturers on the institutions – all the even as carrying secret cameras”.

You must partake in the UNILAG online post UTME screening exercise.
You must have reached the age of 16 by October this year.
UNILAG accepts (First Class Degree, Second Class, and Upper credit) but in corresponding fields.
UNILAG also accepts a minimum of Merit Pass in the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), and other Advanced Level Certificates relying on the course.
